Take a bowl add gramflour,turmeric powder little,sprinkle salt,little water,redchilly powder and stir so there is no lumps in a thick batter.

Add curd and water in the batter whisk it.Take a pan add ghee now add garlic,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,hing and curry leaves when they splutter add curd mixture slowly.

Stir it continously.Cook till it by adding water and let it cool till the gravy is little thick.

Remove from gas and enjoy with rice or roti..
