Steps

At first wash and cut taro stems

Now steam it and drain the water away
- 3
Heat oil add nigella seeds and chillies
- 4
Add the stems and saute for a while
- 5
Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft
- 6
Add the boiled Bengal gram and mix
- 7
Add red chilli powder and sugar mix
- 8
Finally add the desiccated coconut and mix well
- 9
Serve it with rice
