  • 150 grambhindi
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add the bhindi cubed into pieces

  3. 3

    Stir and cover

  4. 4

    As it gets soft add salt and turmeric powder and stir

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice and daal
