Make a paste of ginger and green chillies. Chop methi and coriander leaves. Make a powder of coriander seeds and jeera.

Take wheat flour and gram flour and add all ingredients. Ginger and green chillies paste, chopped coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves and powdered coriander seeds, jeera and garam masala powder and salt red chilli powder. add little water, make a dough like chapati

Roll on chapati, make chapati on heated tava apply little oil and cook both sides. It is ready to serve now. Serve with curd or any rayita.
