Ingredients

  1. 250 gmscurd/dahi
  2. 1-1/2 cupbesan
  3. 3-4black pepper
  4. 3-4cloves
  5. 1cinnamon stick
  6. 3-4green chillies
  7. leavesFew curry
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2red chilli powder
  10. Pinchhing
  11. Salt as required
  12. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  13. 1/2 tspjeera seeds
  14. 1small pc grated ginger
  15. Ghee for seasoning
  16. leavesGarnish - coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Take curd in one vessel and add Besan and mix well till there are no lumps. Add water to make a thin consistency

  2. 2

    Add turmeric powder, salt. Grated ginger

  3. 3

    Now in a seasoning pan put ghee. Add jeera seeds, fennel seeds, and all the whole garam masala, green chillies, curry leaves, red chilli powder and hing

  4. 4

    Put the seasoning into the kadhi and bring to a boil.
