Ingredients

  1. as neededCoriander leaves chopped
  2. as neededGreen chillies chopped
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 cupBoiled rice
  5. 2 cupCurd
  6. 1tejpatta/ bay leaf
  7. 1 pinchHing powder
  8. 2Dry red chilli
  9. 1/4 cupmoongfali /ground nut
  10. 1 tspMustard seeds
  11. 1/4 tspJeera seeds
  12. 1/2 tspurad dal
  13. as neededCurry leaves
  14. as neededGhee

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan heat the ghee then put mustard seed Jeera heeng dry red chilli Curry Ieaves urad dal

  2. 2

    Then add green chillies chopped and Moungfalli saute it becomes brown in colour

  3. 3

    In a another bowl when rice become cool then add salt and whisked curd well and mix it then add Coriander leaves chopped

  4. 4

    After that pour the tempering in it and mix it well

  5. 5

    Serve it hot

  6. 6

    Garnish with some pomegranate seeds Kissmiss
