In a pressure cooker add 4 tablespoon of oil add cinnamon stick and bay leaf and onion and saute

Now add ginger garlic, dhaniya and zeera paste and saute

Now add soaked chana dal add haldi,salt and red chilli powder

Now add tomatoes and crushed garlic chilli paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes

Add the vegetables

Add 1 tsp meat masala and sauté for 5 mins

Add water if required and pressure cook for 1 whistle

Open the cooker and add the crushed fish heads and mix well

Add coriander leaves and mix well
