Ingredients

40-45 minutes
  • 1.5 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 250 mlplain yoghurt
  • 4 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cupmixed tutti frutti
  • 1/4 cupsultanas or raisins

Steps

40-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 180°c

  2. 2

    Mix the dry ingredients onto a bowl

  3. 3

    Then whisk the yoghurt till its light.then add the vanilla essence and oil.mix

  4. 4

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients then mid till Incorporated.

  5. 5

    Take a table spoon of flour and mix to the fruits making sure that they are coated with the flour.

  6. 6

    Add the fruits to the cake mixture.

  7. 7

    Grease you baking tin with margarine then dust with flour.pour tour mixture onto the prepared tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.
