First scoop out egg yolks form boiled eggs.

Now heat a pan with 1tbsp of oil... add cumin seeds...then chopped spinach...Stir and cook until water evaporate..Add egg yolks., salt, black pepper powder and cheese..Saute for few sec.and switch off the flame.

Meanwhile..Mix all ingredients of batter in a bowl and make a batter using water.

Now stuff the spinach mixture in the eggs.

Dip in the gram flour batter and fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with any type of sause.
