RAJMA CURRY (Kidney beans)
Steps

Heat oil in a pan.add onions,ginger garlic paste and sauté till light brown

Add coriander powder,cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well

Add tomato purée sauté for 4-5 mins.add salt,amchur powder,kitchen king masala and garam masala again sauté for 5mins

Now add kidney beans and mix well.add 1 cup cooking liquor and stir to mix and cook for 5 mins

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
