Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 8 pieceschicken thighs or 1whole chicken breast, chopped
  2. 6-8Hot dog sausages, sliced diagonally into short pieces
  3. to tasteSalt and pepper
  4. to tasteCayenne pepper
  5. 2-4 tbspMargarine or oil for browning the chicken
  6. 1large onion, diced
  7. 1bell pepper, diced or sliced
  8. 2-4 tbspSoya sauce
  9. 1tomato, diced
  10. 1 cuptomato puree, juice or paste
  11. 2carrots, sliced
  12. as neededWater
  13. 4hard boiled eggs, for serving
  14. French fries for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the margarine or oil to a non stick skillet, when hot add the chicken and season with salt, pepper and Cayenne pepper.

  2. 2

    Add the sausage pieces to the pan with the chicken.

  3. 3

    Add the diced onions and bell pepper to the skillet and continue sautéing/browning everything.

  4. 4

    When onions are translucent and the chicken is brown add about 1/4cup water and all the soya sauce and tomato puree, simmer.

  5. 5

    Add the tomato and carrots, adjust salt to taste. Simmer. If more water is need add a little at a time.

  6. 6

    When the carrots are soft serve over a bed of French fries with a sliced boiled egg on top. Enjoy.
