1 cupSliced mushroom
1/2 cupAll purpose flour
1/4 tspCorn flour
1/4 tspRed chilli powder
1-2Finely chopped green chilli
to tasteSalt
As neededOil for frying

Wash and chop mushroom

Take a bowl combine all ingredients with the help of water.

Make a smooth batter.

Heat oil in a pan.

Dip the mushroom into the batter.

Coat them well.

Fry the pakora golden and crispy.

Drain in paper napkin.

Serve hot with sauces.
