Cut potatoes in cubes and keep aside.

In a bowl take curd. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala and Kasoori Methi. Mix properly.

Take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add Cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add whole red chillies, Asafoetida, seasam seeds. Cook for 1 min. Add potatoes and chopped green chillies. Fry.

Now add curd with all masalas. Stir. Add 1 bowl water. Stir.

Cook for 5 min.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
