Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupmilk powder
  • Dry roast ingredients
  • 1/4 cup each Almonds,Cashew, Pistachios, Oats, Peanuts,
  • 2-3 tspSeasame seeds,
  • 4 tsp flax seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast each ingredient separately and slightly.

    When cool pulse grind into powder.(Grind for 3 seconds stop. Again grind for 3 seconds stop. Go on grinding this way until it turns into powder.)This way ingredients will not release oil.

    Add milk powder for more taste.

    U can use this powder in various dishes.Like Warm milk, Milkshake, Sprinkle on Salads Etc.
