Boil milk. Add oats and cook for 2 minutes. Keep aside.

Now cut banana and strawberry into thin slices.

Roast the seeds.

In milk mix honey 1 tsp. Quantity if honey can be adjusted as per taste.

In a bowl place slices of banana and strawberry and pour milk oats at room temperature or little warm.

Sprinkle roasted seeds. Awesome healthy breakfast is ready.
