Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2small Potato
  2. 250grm Paneer
  3. 2cup/2 medium tomato pureed
  4. 1 cuponion roughly chopped
  5. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  6. 1 tablespoonoil
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2cloves
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. 2green cardamoms
  11. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  12. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  14. 1/4 teaspoongaram masala
  15. 1 cupwater
  16. 2 tablespoonsfresh cream or malai

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potato and paneer in small cubes. For the gravy, grind the onion and keep it aside. make puree of tomatoes and keep it aside.

    Now add oil in pan and fry the paneer upto golden brown. Remove it to a same plate along with paneer. Keep it aside.

    Now in the same pan, add 1 ½ tablespoons of more oil and let it get heat up. Once hot add cloves and green cardamoms.

    Now add onion paste and mix.

    Also mix in ginger paste, garlic paste and slit green chilies.Cook till it becomes thick and very less watery.

    Now in the same pan, add 1 ½ tablespoons of more oil and let it get heat up. Once hot add cloves and green cardamoms.Now add onion paste and mix.

    Now wait for one whistle after take off steam, our veg is ready
