Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 3-4Banana
  2. 1Potato
  3. 1 tspGinger garlic paste (optional)
  4. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  5. 1/4 tspChopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  7. 1 handfulChopped green coriander leaves
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbsChopped nuts
  10. as neededOil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First boil and peel the banana and potato.

  2. 2

    Mash and mix along with all the ingredients except oil.

  3. 3

    Divide in equal part.shape it and fry till golden.

  4. 4

    Serve with sauce or mint chutney.
