Ingredients

20 mins
4 servings
  1. 340 gdry quinoa
  2. 720 mllight coconut milk or milk of choice
  3. 200 gdried cranberries, cherries, blueberries, strawberries etc
  4. 2 tspvanilla extract
  5. 1 tspground cinnamon
  6. sugar / maple syrup etc to sweeten

  1. 1

    Rinse the quinoa off in a sieve under cold running water before you begin to get rid of the bitter coating

  2. 2

    Then simply put all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil then turn down to a simmer and cover

    Let cook for 10 - 15 minutes until the milk has been absorbed then sweeten to taste if needed and serve

This looks amazing...i love quinoa but usually make my porridge differently but gonna try this method
