Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgshrimps
  • 1 1/4 tbspcornstarch
  • 1eggwhite
  • 1chicken breast
  • 2 clovegarlic, crushed
  • 1onion; chopped
  • 1/4 kglean pork, sliced
  • 5pcs. chicken liver
  • 2 1/4tsps. salt
  • 1 tspaji-no-moto
  • 2tbsps. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cupbroth
  • 1carrot, in strips
  • 1head, cauliflower, cut into flowerettes
  • 4cabbage leaves, shredded
  • 1/4 cupchicharo or pea pod
  • 1/3 cupkutsay
  • 2tbsps.cornstarch dispersed in water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel shirmps leaving tail. Coat with cornstarch and eggwhite. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Slice chicken breast, coat with cornstarch. Saute garlic, onion, pork, chicken liver, shrimps and chicken meat.

  3. 3

    Season with salt, ajinomoto and say sauce. Pour broth and bring to a boil. Add all the vegetables.

  4. 4

    Thicken with the dispersed cornstarch. Stir canton and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot!
