  1. 2 poundspork belly with ribs, cut into 2 inch cubes
  2. 2 cupswhite vinegar
  3. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  4. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  5. 4bay leaves
  6. 4 clovesgarlic, chopped
  7. 1small onion, sliced
  8. 1 pcknorr pork cube or salt to taste
  9. to tastepepper
  10. 3 cupswater

  1. 1

    In a medium size of pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer in medium heat for 1 hour or until pork is tender. Add more water if necessary. Adjust seasoning according to taste.

    Serve hot with warm white rice. Share and enjoy!
