  • 2 poundspork belly with ribs, cut into 2 inch cubes
  • 2 cupswhite vinegar
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 4bay leaves
  • 4 clovesgarlic, chopped
  • 1small onion, sliced
  • 1 pcknorr pork cube or salt to taste
  • to tastepepper
  • 3 cupswater

  1. 1

    In a medium size of pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer in medium heat for 1 hour or until pork is tender. Add more water if necessary. Adjust seasoning according to taste.

    Serve hot with warm white rice. Share and enjoy!
