3medium potatoes, diced small
3celery stalks, chopped
1onion, finely chopped
2-3 cupsdiced ham
1 tspminced garlic
1 tspKosher Salt
1/2 tsppepper
1bay leaf

Combine all ingredients in a large crock pot.

Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5.
