Peel onion and potato, wash and cut the thin slices of potatoes and thick slices of onion.

In a big bowl take onion, potato, besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, hing, garam masala and mix it well..... Use water if required...

Heat oil in kadahi.... Now take some mixture and pour in kadahi.....And fry holder brown....Take out in plate....

Spicy & hot pakode are ready....Serve with chutney aur sauce with hot tea
