First of all,take out the pulps of the tomatoes and capcicums by making a hole with the knife at the top & put it in an inverted manner to drain the water for 10 minutes.

After a wide bowl, mix sieved besan flour, rice flour Red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, ajwain, Coriander, green chilli aur hing. Add water(½ to ¾ cup).and making a batter of pouring consistency (like bhajji batter) keep aside 20 minutes.

Deep frying
Heat oil a fraying pan. Reduce the heat to medium. - 4
Deep each tomatos, capcicums and bananas slices in besan batter and deep fried in hot oil, on a medium flame (2-3 slices at a time), till golden colour on both the sides.

Drain and place on kitchen paper, to absorb excess oil and serve hot with green chutney, tomato ketchup etc..
