Ingredients

  • 1 lb.white American cheese
  • 1/2 cupmilk or cream
  • 1 can (8 oz.)roasted chopped green chiilies
  • 2 teaspoonscumin, garlic powder, onion powder
  • 1 bunchcilantro small chopped
  • 1 cansmall diced green chilies

    Mix all ingredients in sause pan or double boiler. Melt everything until creamy. Serve hot.
