Mix all the ingredients with water as required to make a little thick consistency batter. Pre heat the waffle maker and once it’s heated spread butter on the plate and pour the batter and bake it for 5 to 6 mins.. each waffle maker time varies so depending on that adjust the time. If you don’t have waffle maker you can make it in a sandwich toaster too.

Once down when hot spread butter on top.Keep the veggies ready on plate

Now place all the veggies then pour on green chutney then sweet chutney and serve.

Green chutney. Handful of coriander one green chilli half onion and one small lemon size tamarind salt to taste. Grind all to smooth paste and transfer to a bowl and keep aside.

Sweet chutney. One big size tamarind ball soak and squeeze out the juice from it three times add half cup of dates purée 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder pinch of salt and half inch jaggery one teaspoon jeera and one teaspoon saunf.. boil all together to get a thick consistency.
