Ingredients

  1. 4small boiled potatoes
  2. 1/2medium onion, sliced thin
  3. 1/2Japanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  4. as neededCarrot, thinly sliced and boiled,
  5. 5-6 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  6. 1 tablespoonmustard (to taste)
  7. Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients: Boil the potatoes.

    Rinse the onion in clean water and squeeze out the water to reduce the smell and spiciness. Sprinkle a little salt on the cucumber, mix well, and squeeze out the water. Boil the carrot until cooked.

    Start preparing: Mash the boiled potatoes with a fork, leaving some chunks.

    Add mayonnaise and mustard, and mix well. Then add the onion, cucumber, and carrot. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and mix everything together.

    Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve in a bowl.
