For filling : 1/2 cup Scrapped fresh coconut, 1 tsp juice of lemon, 6 -7 curry leaves, coriander leaves chopped, salt to taste, sugar to taste,. Mix all well and keep it aside.

For outer cover: Take 7 -8 slices of bread, cut them into pieces with your hand and add boiled and mashed potatoes to it. Flatten a handful of this mixture in your hand and put the filling inside. Shape them as you want. Roll them in some semolina.And deep fry.You can shallow fry them too.

Serve it with chutney or sauce
