First of all cut all rotis in Julienne.

Heat the oil in pan or kadhai and saute a garlic paste

Then add onions and saute for a minute.then add cauliflower, carrot, capsicums and saute it.

Then add all sauces, Lime juice and salt mix it well.lastly add roti's which we cut first and mix it well and cook it for a minute.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it. Enjoy it in breakfast if you have a leftover rotis
