Steps

Dry Roast rawa fr 5-8 minutes till nice aroma comes...take out in a plate

In a pan add ghee...add mustard seed,curry leaves,urad dal,chana dal,red chilli and saute

Add onion and roast till brown

Add water to it and let it boil...to it add salt and ghee

To boiling water add rawa whilt stirring continuously...

Mix well...lower flame and let it cook covered fr 3minutes...

Close flame and squeeze lemon over it

Yummy upma is ready...😊

Tip:—- u can add veggies of your choice while sauting onion
