Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupminus 2 tbsp of olive oil
  2. 1/4 cupplus 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 tspvanilla
  5. 2/3 cupwhole wheat flour
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 3 bagsinstant oats or 1 cup of rolled oats
  9. 1 cupraisin
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven for 350 degrees F.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla

  3. 3

    Mix all dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Combine both dry and wet ingredients

  5. 5

    Use 1-tablespoon-sized spoon scoop dough on baking sheet

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some sea salt on each dough before baking

  7. 7

    Bake for 16 minutes
