Steps

Heat oil in frying pan and add chopped onion, garlic and ginger and fry it for sometime.

Mix coconut powder and keep it aside to cool down.

Then grind it in mixer with some water. Onion garlic paste ready.

Now heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and put jerra, bay leaf, clove and add onion garlic paste and saute it.

Then add tomato puree and add all masala and fry till it smells spicy.

Now add boiled usal and add warm water and cook for 15 minutes and add salt and lemon juice.

Misal pav ready. Garnish with green coriander.
