Cooking Instructions

Season the fillets with salt and pepper, and coat them in flour.

Pour about an inch of oil into the pan, and fry the fillets without browning them.

In the same oil, sauté the onion and garlic until golden, then add the mushrooms.

Once sautéed, add the wine, let the alcohol evaporate, then add the water, beef bouillon cube, and food coloring.

Add the fillets and let them simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Check the salt level and adjust if necessary. Serve and enjoy.
