Heat the pan roast roti till crispy...cutthem into pieces then add to the mixture grinder and make powder out of it

Take that powder to a bowl and then add milk powder cardamom powder and some warm milk little by little and form a dough out of it

Make lemon size small ball keep it aside.

For sugar syrup-put a cup sugar and 1 1/2 cup water and add a pinch of cardamom powder in a pan

Boil it 15 minutes in high flame

Then check if it sticky then the syrup is ready

These balls fry it till golden brown

Then add the balls 2-3hours in sugar syrup

Tasty rasgulla is ready
