Ingredients

  1. 3left over idli
  2. 1onion
  3. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  4. 1/4 tspcummin seeds
  5. 6-7curry leaves
  6. 1/8 tspturmeric Powder
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  8. 1 tbstomato ketchup
  9. 1/4 tspsoya sauce
  10. 1 tbsoil
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut idli into 4 or 6 pieces.

  2. 2

    In a kadai add oil then mustard, cummin and curry leaves, now add onion slices and stir for seconds.

  3. 3

    Now add turmeric Powder, salt, chilli Powder, soya sauce and tomato ketchup cook and add idli and mix well.Serve hot.
