Crispy Karela
Karela fry or Bitter gourd fry is an easy and quick dish.
Steps

Rinse the karela in water and then slice the karela into thin round pieces. You can lightly peel the skin if you want before you slice them.

Take onion cut it into long shape and peel the buds of onion and keep aside.

Now take a bowl and put sliced karela and put one tbsp of cornflour toss the karela and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan when oil is hot then put karela slices into the pan and fry till golden brown and keep aside.

Now put sliced onion in a bowl and put one tbsp cornflour toss the onion and fry till golden brown and keep aside.

Now take a bowl and put fried karela and onion and sprinkle kalimirch powder, kashmiri laal mirch powder and salt to taste and mixwell hence your crispy karela are ready to serve enjoy with chapati and rice.
