Ingredients

  • Green Marinade
  • 1/2 cupfresh hung curd
  • 1/2 cupchopped mint
  • 1 cupchopped coriander
  • 2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • to tasterock salt
  • Other Ingredients
  • 200 gmpaneer cut into 1" cubes
  • 150 gmraw banana parboiled cut into 1" cubes
  • 150 gmsweet potato cut into 1" cubes and parboiled
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind ingredients under marinade to a smooth paste except for curd.

  2. 2

    Transfer the paste to a bowl and mix the curd in it.

  3. 3

    Marinate the veggies and paneer with this paste and keep aside for an hour.

  4. 4

    Thread one piece each of the paneer, sweet potato, and banana onto a toothpick.

  5. 5

    Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more tikkas.

  6. 6

    Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the tikkas on a medium flame, using oil, till the paneer and vegetables are light brown in colour from all sides.

  7. 7

    Serve immediately.
