Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil then add linguine.

Sauté minced garlic and oregano in pan with olive oil.

Add chopped tomato and scallions. Sauté until tomatoes are tender.

Add shrimp, whipping cream, blue cheese, and Swiss cheese. Heat on medium high until cheese has melted.
