Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCauliflower washed & cut
  2. 1 cupCarrot chopped
  3. 1 cupGreen peas
  4. 1/2 cuppotato Boiled, peeled & mashed
  5. 2Chilli chopped
  6. 2Onion chopped
  7. 1 inchGinger. Chopped
  8. 2 tspGarlic paste
  9. 1 tspCumin seeds
  10. 2Tomatoes chopped
  11. 4 tspTomatoe puree
  12. 2 tspGreen coriander
  13. 2 tspPomegranate's powder
  14. 2 tspLime juice
  15. Salt to.taste
  16. 20 GMButter
  17. 2 tspOil
  18. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  19. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  20. 2 tspCoriander powder
  21. 4 tspPav bhaji masala

Steps

35 miniute
  1. 1

    Steam all green veggies.& Mashed.

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil put cumin seeds, crackle it.

  3. 3

    Add onion pink it.add ginger,garlic satuy it.

  4. 4

    Add green chilli, add tomatoes cook it.

  5. 5

    Add turmeric,chilli coriander powder,add some water so that masala do not burn.

  6. 6

    Add tomato puree,stir it.

  7. 7

    Add all mashed veggies. Cook it 5 minute.

  8. 8

    Add pav bhaji masala & salt.

  9. 9

    Add 2 cup of water & cook it 10 minutes.

    Add pomegranate powder.

  11. 11

    Remove it from the flam.

  12. 12

    Add lime juice.mix it well.

  13. 13

    Garnish it with coriander leaf & put butter on it.serve it hot with pav.
