Heat the fry pan put oil add tadka on it when it's splits put onions

Keep statue once onions becomes transparent add ginger, curry leaves,turmeric paste

Then add mashed potatoes and salt chilli paste mix well all those masala is ready to stuff

Take idli plate apply ghee on plate pour batter on bottom put 2 tsp masala on top of batter again put idli batter on top of curry
- 5
Steam 20 min in idli cooker,after then chill cut slice serve with chutney,ready to serve
