  • 2Onions
  • 1-2Green chilli
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1Grated carrot
  • 1-2Chopped capsicum
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • 1 pinchHeeng
  • 2 tbspCream

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the soaked moong dal and grind it....

  2. 2

    Add all vegetable, salt, coriander powder and leaves, heeng, red chilli powder....

  3. 3

    Mix well...

    Heat a non stick tawa, spread oil and make MOONGLETTE...

  5. 5

    Now put grated carrot, chopped capsicum and cream as tricolor....

  6. 6
