Ingredients

15 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 12-15 piecesmango(peel the mango & cut the front and back)
  2. as neededOil for deep frying
  3. For Batter-
  4. 1big cupRice flour
  5. 1/2 big cup Aata(Patanjali Aata)
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 Teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 Teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 PinchHing /asafoetida
  10. 1 Pinchkhaane waala soda
  11. 1Pinchyellow food colour

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Make batter using little water,mix everything and keep aside for half an hour for fermentation

  2. 2

    After half an hour,take the mango slice,dip in batter and immediately fry it in oil.

  3. 3

    Serve hot

  4. 4

    Note 1- it is not compulsory to deep fry it in oil,can shallow fry also in a non-stick tawa, choice is yours

  5. 5

    Note 2-Take 6to8 mangoes after peeling and cutting it will give two slices from each mango,so that it comes to 12-15 pieces
