    Remove the dirts from the beans and boil with potash remove the water and start boiling it again.

    Chop the onion and boil along with it the onion will soften it.grate in the ginger and garlic

    Pound crayfish and red pepper lightly and put in,salt and seasoning.

    Onces is soft pour in the red oil and boil for 20minutes or more let it be soft.turn very well and turn off the heat.

    Cut and boil the plantain and plate both together.
