Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsomena
  2. 1 cupmilk or cream
  3. 1tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. 1punch dhania
  6. 1 tblsroyco

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and wash the omena thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Put in a sauce pan and let it dry, add onion and oil,fry well,add in tomatoes, green pepper, cover and let it cook for 2 mins,add in the milk or cream,and dhania,leave it to simmer for 2 mins.add in the royco.serve with ugali.
