Steps

Heat ghee in a pan add grated gourd saute well adding salt

Add milk and cover until it is soft

Now add the chena/chana and sugar and stir fry

Stir it well and add pieces of bread slices

Stir till it gets soft and thick
- 6
Switch off the heat and spread it on a greased plate
- 7
Garnish it with nut flakes and keep in a fridge
- 8
Serve it cool
