Take a boel add sabudana wash and soaked at overnight.

For next day water drain and dry sabudana.

Take a bowl add all ingredients mix well then add boiled and mashed potatoes mix well.

Take a wok add oil,then oil r heat take a sabudana batter and make a vada in your palm and deep fry for both sides.

Serve crispy sabudana vada.
