Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 cupsabudana
  2. 2Boiled potatoes
  3. 1Chop green chilli
  4. 1/2 cuproasted and crushed peanut
  5. to taste Sendha Salt
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli
  7. 2 pinchturmeric
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. as neededFor deep frying Oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a boel add sabudana wash and soaked at overnight.

  2. 2

    For next day water drain and dry sabudana.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add all ingredients mix well then add boiled and mashed potatoes mix well.

    Take a wok add oil,then oil r heat take a sabudana batter and make a vada in your palm and deep fry for both sides.

    Serve crispy sabudana vada.
