Prepare a loaf tin. Heat your oven at 180 degrees.Cream sugar n margarine until fluffy. add 5ml vanilla essence.

Add egg one at a time.

Sift flour with baking n a pinch of salt. Add to the egg mixute in 3additions alternating with sour milk.

Now mix your brown sugar,cinnamon n coffee in a separate bowl.

Divide ur cake batter in two equal half u can measure with scale.put the first half in your greased loaf tin n sprinkle evenly the half sugar cinnamon mixture. Pour the rest of the batter and then sprinkle the remaining sugar cinnamon on top n press a bit to avoid the sugar spilling when the cake rise. Bake for 55-60 depending on your oven or when inserted toothpick comes out dry.
