1/2 cupplain flour
2Potatoes boiled
2 tbsproasted masala powder (cumin, coriander)
To tastesalt and sugar
1/2 tspred chilli Powder
As neededoil

Mash the Potatoes and add all the masalas

Now add flour and salt mix

Add oil mix and knead with water
4

Rest it for 10 mimutes

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into desired shape
6

Serve it with chutney or sauce
