Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cupleftover biryani
  • 2 cupfine chop spinach
  • 1 cupPotatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1/2 cupGreen Peas
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum (chopped DC)
  • 2 tspGarlic (chopped)
  • 2 tspGinger (chopped)
  • 2Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 2 tspChopped Coriander
  • 1 cupPaneer (grated)
  • 1/2 cupGrated Cheese
  • 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupMint and Coriander Chutney Mint Leaves (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cupCoriander leaves (dhania patta)
  • 1Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1/2wedge Lemon (juiced)
  • PinchBlack/Regular salt

Steps

  1. 1

    To take all the ingredients in a bowl, adjust the seasoning & combine well.

  2. 2

    Shape the bom into rounds & make a small dent in the center with your thumb and inside fill cheese and shaped into round again look like bom shape.

  3. 3

    Now dip these in a thin batter made with flour & water, then coat in bujiya sev or bread crum or bombino sev anyone, at this point the tikkis should look like a bom.

  4. 4

    Now heat oil in pan & shallow fry till golden.

    You also use deep fry.

  5. 5

    In the mean time, prepare the green chutney by mixing all the chutney ingredients in a mixer.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with ketchup & green chutney or flavor Hong curd.
