Ingredients

  • 4potatoes
  • Halfa cup green pees
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Pinchsalt
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potato and cut into small cube shape, boil it for 5minutes then was with cold water to stop cooking

  2. 2

    Cut your onion into small pieces, for the tomato crate it.

  3. 3

    Place your sufuria on the fire, put little oil and add onion to cook

  4. 4

    When it almost brown add your smashed garlic and after a few seconds add your green pees. Let it cook for 5min then add your tomato

  5. 5

    When the tomato is fully cooked add little water and let it cook for 5more minutes, you can now add salt the potatoes with more little water.

  6. 6

    When ready serve it with chapati
