Ingredients

  1. 5-6potatoes
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  4. pinchhing
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspchat masala
  8. to tastesalt
  9. oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and potatoes and cut into round shape.

    Add besan,carom seeds,chat masala,red chilli powder and haldi in a mixing bowl add little water make a pakoda watar.

    Add potato slices in pakoda batter

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a wok add potato slices and deep fry till golden in colour.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with green chutney/tomato sauce.
